  EVIDENCE Sync is an application that can be installed on computers, running Windows XP or later operating systems, and communicates with TASER devices through USB connection to retrieve data and configure settings. This application can be used in two different modes, offline or online. In online mode, a user must sign-in to their EVIDENCE.com or EVIDENCE.Com Lite account through the EVIDENCE Sync application and then all logs and videos retrieved from TASER devices will be automatically uploaded to their account. In offline mode, all logs and videos retrieved from TASER devices are stored in a folder on the local machine, on which EVIDENCE Sync is installed.
